Trend Local, LLC was started by Adam Z. Smith in 2023. Adam is the president of the company and its lead inspector. He has nearly 15 years of experience in the construction industry.

During that time, Adam got licensed as a home inspector with an eye on quality and safety. He is a husband and father of 3 and knows just how important feeling safe and secure in your home can be.
 

Adam is now bringing his knowledge to the Greater Dayton and Cincinnati home inspection industry. A member of InterNACHI trade organization, he is consistently adding new certifications/qualifications to his résumé.
